As an active member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India), our developments adhere strictly to the CREDAI Code of Conduct, ensuring transparency, ethical building practices, fair pricing, and clear title deeds for all buyers.

All real estate projects displayed on this platform are compliant with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and registered with TNRERA where applicable.

• Renderings & Visuals: Floor plans, elevation renders, sample apartment photos, and virtual tours are artistic impressions and intended solely for guidance.
• Carpet Area Definitions: All unit measurements follow standardized RERA definitions of Carpet Area.
• Specifications: Materials, fittings, and amenity layouts are subject to availability and minor structural adjustments as approved by local planning authorities.

Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) or token payment through this portal constitutes a request for unit reservation subject to final allotment.

• Allotment Letter: Formal unit reservation is completed only upon execution of the official Allotment Letter and Agreement for Sale.
• Payment Schedules: Construction-linked or timeline-linked payment milestones must be adhered to as per the executed agreement.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Any booking cancellations or token refunds will be governed strictly by the terms outlined in the Agreement for Sale and applicable RERA guidelines.

We encourage home buyers to schedule on-site inspections of ongoing projects. For safety during construction phases:

All visitors must be accompanied by an authorized sales consultant or safety officer. Visitors must follow on-site safety instructions, including wearing provided protective equipment in active construction zones.

Target completion dates and handovers are estimated in accordance with the project's RERA registration details.

Final handover and registration of property titles are contingent upon receipt of full payment, applicable statutory taxes (GST, Stamp Duty, Registration Fees), and maintenance corpus deposits as specified in the sale contract.

All project names, architectural master plans, promotional media, brand logos, and website layouts are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized downloading, copying, or re-distribution for commercial real estate listing portals without explicit written approval is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Any legal claims or disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and RERA tribunals located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
